Post-processing of the local UV coating process

Common local UV effects are: local light, partial extinction, local scrub, local colorful refraction, local wrinkles and local ice and so on.

The local UV can be applied either after coating or directly on the print, but in order to highlight the effect of local glazing. Generally in the printed film after the film, and to cover the majority of sub-film, accounting for about 80% of the local UV coating products. Part of the glazing and full version of the glazing is the biggest difference is that the need for the production of printing plate on the polishing equipment has a certain registration requirements. Local UV coating has three elements, namely, polishing plate, equipment registration and curing equipment. In order to ensure that the local UV glazing parts and printed graphic size is consistent, the production of glazing should be used photosensitive imaging method.
